Palazzo delle Esposizioni
Palazzo delle Esposizioni is the largest interdisciplinary exhibition area in the centre of Rome, with more than 10,000 square metres of space on three floors, including an auditorium and a cinema. It is used for art exhibitions, film festivals, theatre productions and events related to photography, music and literature.
The building is in Neo-classical style and was inaugurated in 1883. During a renovation from 2003 to 2007, Palazzo delle Esposizioni was thoroughly modernised and extended with a contemporary glass conservatory, a rooftop restaurant and a street-level cafe.
